Description
As Australia’s leading residential steel frame supplier, Aus Steel has seen considerable growth and success over the last few years due to its unrivalled industry experience and drive to always challenge the way we build. Due to this success, the company is seeking a Rollform Operator to start ASAP.
Reporting to the Rollform Team Leader, you will complete prestart and maintenance on the machine at start-up and follow all work instructions per SOP’s and in accordance with Company Policies. Your attention to detail and knowledge of manufacturing processes (specifically in steel or timber frames and trusses) will see you excel in this role.

About the role

Starting at $25.31+ per hour, full-time (Depending on experience)

ASAP start
Key Responsibilities
-
Report any maintenance issues to the Team Leader.

Check the quality of the product being rolled (profile check JotForm).

Roll Jobs in order of delivery (as per SOP Rolling).

Assist with machine operation training.

Resolve machine issues that are within your skill level. If unable to resolve quickly and correctly then escalate to Team Leader.

Perform Daily, Weekly and Monthly Operator Maintenance per SOP’s
The Requirements

Experience operating roll form equipment preferred.

Forklift ticket preferred.
