Some challenges before working with AusSteel were some plans from other manufacturers were unclear, and when we needed confirmation or detailer support it would take a long time to get answers.

Aussteel’s HB truss bracket saves a lot of time to set out trusses and reduces human error.

The fact that you could call the detailer of the drawing from any time and get support straight away.
What do you like most about working with AusSteel as an Australian supplier of steel frames and trusses?
Effective communication and ongoing support for the installation process.

Quicker install means saved time and money.
Are there any final thoughts you would like to share regarding your experience with AusSteel?
Aussteel has been a great frame manufacturer to work with due to their product and communication. Their product is fast and easy to install and problems are solved in a quick manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
