What were some of the challenges you experienced before working with AusSteel?
Delay time with timber framing or slow install process particularly with truss and floor systems compared to Aussteel.
Would you recommend AusSteel’s product and services?
I’m highly unlikely to recommend steel framing to others, but if so, I would recommend Aussteel due to the ease of install and quality detailing of technical/difficult projects.
In your opinion, what are AusSteel’s top 3 build/install advantages compared to others in the market?
- More solid, flat and straight wall framing compared to riveted walls.
- Quicker truss install.
- Easy to contact with any RFIs.
What’s your favourite aspect of AusSteel’s Ultimate Building System from an install viewpoint?
AusSteel’s Rafter brackets.
What’s your favourite aspect of AusSteel’s renowned customer service and support?
Easy to contact and easy going.
What do you like most about working with AusSteel as an Australian supplier of steel frames and trusses?
It’s fairly easy to install. I think that is the challenge though, because if there are under qualified people installing Aussteel, the quality of install is lower than it should be from my experience.
How have you saved time and money working with AusSteel’s Ultimate Building System?
Much easier roof and tie down install compared to other systems.
Are there any final thoughts you would like to share regarding your experience with AusSteel?
I have only had a positive experience with Aussteel, even when there are issues or challenges, Aussteel are quick to respond with solutions and answers.
