What were some of the challenges you experienced before working with AusSteel?
The challenges I’ve come across before working with AusSteel is the quality of frames being poor from other suppliers, and their detailing issues.
Would you recommend AusSteel’s product and services?
Yes, I have actually recommended AusSteel to builders already because of the quality and their simplified system that works seamlessly.
In your opinion, what are AusSteel’s top 3 build/install advantages compared to others in the market?
- Simplified yet strong system that works great without the need of extensive extra work, which allows for accuracy.
- Quality of the manufacturing of the frames.
- The customer service when it comes to detailing.
What’s your favourite aspect of AusSteel’s Ultimate Building System from an install viewpoint?
Anytime I ring in regards to detailing the phone is answered straight away.
What do you like most about working with AusSteel as an Australian supplier of steel frames and trusses?
I like to produce quality work so the quality of the frames reflects my work also. The extensive detailing of the frames to make installation easier.
How have you saved time and money working with AusSteel’s Ultimate Building System?
The extensive detailing of the frames means it’s always a faster install process.
