Description
As Australia’s leading residential steel frame supplier, Aus Steel has seen considerable growth and success over the last few years due to their unrivalled industry experience and drive to always challenge the way we build. Due to this success, the company is seeking an Entry Level/Trainee Detailer to start ASAP.
Reporting to the Design Manager but guided by senior detailing staff, you will perform administrative tasks and assist the detailing team in the preparation of final documents.

About the role

Starting at $45,000 PA + Super

ASAP start
Key Responsibilities
-
Finalise and prepare documents for manufacture in Aus Steel factories.

Prepare and send off final project documentation to third-party engineers for final certification.

Assist and provide support to the Detailing team as required.
The Requirements

This position is an entry-level position, so no industry experience is required.

Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new tasks and processes.

University or TAFE training in residential drafting would be a bonus.

Excellent computer skills required with experience across the Microsoft suite a bonus

Eagerness to learn and progress within the design and engineering team.
