This highly successful and family-owned business is now looking for a Store Team Leader at our Queensland branch in Crestmead to play a crucial role in the continued success of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle the receipt of goods inwards into the system, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Perform periodic stock take counts to ensure the accuracy of data in the database.
- Perform inventory movements to provide adequate material to the production floor.
- Create purchase requisition requests to assist in the procurement of stocked items.
- Pick and pack ancillary orders for dispatch.
- Work closely with the procurement and manufacturing teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and in full.
- Liaise with transport providers to book project deliveries and stock transfers.
- Track and process back orders or substitutions where necessary.
- Ensure the store is kept clean, tidy, and well organised.
- Manage a valued and successful team maintaining integrity and culture.
- Adhere to WHS and Compliance policies and procedures.
The Requirements
All training will be provided on the job; however, the ideal candidate would have some or all of the following knowledge and experience:
- Current Forklift license.
- Experience with an inventory management or ERP system.
- Proficiency in the MS suite.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail and communication skills with a desire to learn and progress.
The Offer
- Hourly rate $28-30/hour plus superannuation, paid weekly.
